Having understood the methodology and criticality, the NWer has to work on building a strong and dependable Consumer Group of his own. By repeat operation of the simple steps, one has to build a group. We have, earlier, set a target of 100 consumers ( with 50000 PV), which shall be achieved progressively. Typically, it takes about 6 months, with consistent effort. (chart)

After achieving this magic figure of 100, one has to sustain it on a long term basis. It is observed that an attrition of 1/3 of the group happens over a period of one year. In order to make up  for the same, the NWer should work constantly with a small addition every month. This is the technique followed by most of the successful DXNers. Necessary training has to be taken for improving ‘Efficiency & Effectiveness’.
