Knowledge is NEVER given; It is only TAKEN
If the ‘Receiver’ of the knowledge is not interested to learn, the knowledge, however great it may be, cannot percolate into him. It is not to be construed as the deficiency / handicap of the Knowledge itself.
Even within the ‘Learners’, there are two contrasting characters:

1. Seekers – they are sincerely in search of knowledge, to overcome their ignorance.
2. Challengers: their objective is to challenge the source of knowledge or the validity of the knowledge – even though they are ignorant.

The ‘Law of Learning’ is : Seekers get it, but the Challengers never get it – Upanishad.
Trainers have to bear this in mind, while deciding the schedule and content of the training program.
