ORGANIZATION -1: Having set the Biz. Goal, we have to move forward in business activities. We will be following the TEMMBO methodology. ‘Organization and Action plan’ are the next set of activities.
There are only TWO activities for DXN NW Biz: (1) Consumer Development (2) Network Development. It is essential that every Distributor in the NW does (1) without fail. That is the back bone of DXN business.

Whereas, ‘Networking’ is for expansion of business by leveraging the Man-power. This multiplies the business revenue rapidly. It is similar to ‘business franchising’. This increases Productivity, Growth and stability. Without an efficient network, it is almost NOT possible to do this business. For further studies, let us use the sample NW structure, seen earlier.(chart 1)

ACTIVITY PLANNING: Two different sets of activities are associated with the two business groups, namely Consumer / Networker. (Chart 2). Now the TEM ( Time. Effort, Material) to be planned and activity should be started.
