There are two other influencing factors to be taken care of while doing the ‘Planning of TEM’. (1) Based on the Marketing Plan design; (2) Based on ‘Field factors’
(1) When ‘Retailing to Consumer’ is followed as a business, the growth is a straight line with a slow pace. When you exclusively focus on the ‘Network related’ activities, the initial growth is phenomenal; but the risk of fall is very high.

Therefore, it has to be moderated, as shown in the chart 1.
(2) Field factors: During the initial stages of Business, one has to build a strong good-will. Customer satisfaction / repeat buying / loyalty to DXN are of importance. Therefore, initially one has to focus more on ‘Retailing’. Later on the focus can be shifted to Networking. Chart 2.
NOTE: Many established Leaders in DXN have confided that they suffered heavily due to ‘non-understanding’ of this phenomena. If these factors are properly taken care-of in the ‘Planning stage’ one can work peacefully in DXN and achieve greater results.
