ACTION / ADMIN -1: Having completed ‘Goal – Planning – organization’, we have to move forward with business actions. Based on TEMMBO, we have to focus on M&B ( Mind & Body) now, with TEM Resources. (We will continue to refer to the same ‘DXN NW structure’ as discussed earlier)
To take further actions, we need to equip ourselves with the ‘Right’ Knowledge, Essential Skills and then work with Professional standards and style. The Learning in DXN starts from day 1, along with work. Periodic seminars and training programs offer enough scope for developing further skills.
VALUE system is of paramount importance in DXN, as the whole business is ‘for the People; of the People; by the People’. Therefore, gaining acceptance and goodwill from the people is very essential. Goodwill, once messed up, is not possible to regain.
