ACTION / ADMIN -2: The first step is to develop Consumers ( Retail Marketing) : This is a process by itself – Introducing the products / Educating the benefits; Guidance on consumption; Clarification of doubts; Ensure supplies; Verification of health improvements; Repeat purchases…..Once convinced they be loyal to products. They will, in fact, help in referrals. Getting 100 regular consumers in 180 days is a workable target. (Chart)

Once established and confident of this step of ‘Retailing activity’,  the SAME can be duplicated, for speeding up the growth. This is done through a well-structured and efficient ‘Network’. This requires a separate set of actions, which we will discuss soon.
