ACTION / ADMIN -3: The next step is to build a ‘Network Team’ to accelerate the ‘retail biz.’ The focus is on ‘retailing’, without which the network carries NO business significance. The system is similar to ‘business franchising’ and the methodology is the SAME as that of the (Upline)Team Leader. Most of these skills can be mastered by the networker within a couple of years of consistent work.

Team Leader, as the Biz Head, takes the responsibility, of the entire team development  – starting from Recruitment, Orientation, Guidance, Training, Support and motivation. Without a proper ( effective & efficient ) team, one cannot progress in DXN business.  (Chart)
